Steve Evans

Director

I have been involved in engineering since 1994, working for a small engineering company producing medium to high batch products. Working through different skills on the factory floor gaining experience and knowledge, after a time rising to the position of foreman. During this time, I learnt all aspects of sheet metal engineering from computer aided design (CAD) and CNC punching to managing people and processes.

I joined CSE as an assistant production manager, where Richard and I quickly became an excellent team, undertaking training in business management, health and safety and lean manufacturing to help to move the business forward.

Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family and taking part in various sports activities.
