Rick Roberts
Director
My career began as an apprentice sheet metal worker, followed by seven years’ experience on the shop floor as a skilled sheet metal worker. I was subsequently identified by management as’ having potential’ and asked to undertake CAD program training. This led me into management and ultimately becoming a Director.
In my search for knowledge and self-improvement I went on to take an Open University Honors Degree in Technology, whilst still working full time.
Outside of work, I have a number of interests which include walking, playing golf, watching football and spending time with my wife and two children. I have walked the Pennine Way and Offa’s Dyke and I have plans to walk many more long distance footpaths.
