CSE moves to new premises to support continuing growth
CSE ltd is looking forward to further sustained growth having just moved to its new manufacturing facility on the Whitehall Industrial Estate in Stockport.
The move has been 6 months in the making and the directors have invested £120,000 in the project. The 11’500 sq. ft. premises have been subject to a substantial upgrade to suit future business needs.
CSE specialises in the production of high value, high complexity, sheet metal parts and assemblies for the scientific and other instrument sectors. CSE has customers throughout the NW and UK.
The new factory will help CSE to further improve both productivity and capabilities; the shop-floor layout has been carefully redesigned with in line with the demands of lean manufacturing and most importantly their client’s needs. At the same time working conditions have been enhanced for the whole team. Every member of the workforce has moved the 10 miles with the company to the new premises; it was essential that the skill sets within were CSE retained to enable the company to maintain the customer service levels for which it is famed.
Director Steve Evans says “We have now completed our move and we’re rightly proud of our new facility. We extend a warm welcome to customers both old and new to come and see how we’ve now really re-organised. We’re set fair for an exciting period of growth.”
